NEMO designation in accordance with Article 4 of CACM regulation (Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management) is a very important event which enables HUPX to continue its active participation in the EU electricity market integration projects.

These international market coupling projects are supporting HUPX in providing the highest possible social welfare gains for our members, and play vital role ensuring the liquidity placing HUPX in the forefront of the regional power exchange scene.
