Please be informed that, due to developments related to master data management on the HUPX SPOT markets, a Membership-related Task Freeze Period will be in effect from 29 June 2026 until 24 July 2026.

During this period, the following restrictions will apply:

• no new member admissions or membership extensions can be processed;
• no new trader, user or portfolio set-ups can be managed;
• trader exam registrations and examinations will continue as usual;
• trader, user and portfolio cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you currently have an admission or extension process in its final stage, please contact us to discuss the possible starting date.

Should you plan any new set-ups, modifications or other membership-related changes, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Requests submitted with the required documentation by 19 June 2026 can be accepted and processed before the freeze period starts.
