Due to activities related to the implementation of the new ADEX Intraday Continuous Market (IDC) environment, an IDC Membership-related Task Freeze Period will be in effect from 9 October to 3 November 2026.

During this period, the following membership-related activities will be subject to restrictions:

• New member admissions and membership extensions will not be processed. Members with admission or extension procedures already at the final stage are encouraged to contact the Membership Team to discuss the possible starting date.
• Trader, user and portfolio setups will not be processed. Trader exam registrations remain unaffected, and examinations will continue as usual.
• Trader, user and portfolio cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be submitted to membership@bsp-southpool.com.

Members planning any new setups, modifications or other membership-related changes are kindly advised to submit their requests by 6 October 2026, together with complete and proper documentation, to allow sufficient time for processing before the freeze period begins.

In addition, the Membership Team will contact Members participating on multiple ADEX exchanges separately regarding the possibility of establishing a common setup.
