    What you'll be doing:

    •    Monitor and analyze market operation, development, and business activities — both domestically and internationally.
    •    Propose smart, future-proof solutions to improve efficiency, support market launches, and ensure regulatory compliance.
    •    Draft ideas to streamline and harmonize business processes.
    •    Participate in development projects, including international initiatives and external collaborations.
    •    Gather business needs for IT developments, define requirements, and prepare detailed functional specifications.
    •    Lead and coordinate testing activities for new developments, including planning and execution in international test campaigns.
    •    Prepare and manage test plans, create test cases, and report test statuses.

    What we're looking for:

    •    2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Tester.
    •    Strong interest in the energy sector or financial markets.
    •    A quality-driven, solution- and results-oriented mindset.
    •    A natural curiosity — you want to understand everything and won’t rest until every detail fits.
    •    Fact-based, analytical thinker who double-checks info.
    •    Able to work independently and follow guidelines and policies.
    •    Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
    •    Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian.

    Junior market operation associate

    We are on the look out for a new colleague to help us further improve our market operations.

    • Are you interested in energy markets? Fascinated by the world of trading?
    • Is it important for you to have a diverse range of tasks — a good balance between routine duties and challenging projects?
    • Do you enjoy working in a team when solving complex problems, but also feel confident working independently when clear rules and processes are in place?
    • Are you comfortable working with numbers and feel at ease using IT tools and systems?

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Monitoring trading platforms and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operational processes and communication.
    • Keeping contact with our Members and Partners, proactively resolving operational issues, and providing information based on regulations and process documentation.
    • Analyzing market data and results to support the sales team, and preparing public reports and presentations.
    • Participating in international working groups.
    • Contributing to the development of new services and products, as well as the modification of existing ones in line with market needs.
    • Supporting internal and external projects, participating in testing of new systems and in IT developments.

     

    We are looking for you if you have the following:

    • You are interested in the energy industry.
    • You are proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Due to our international operations, confident English language skills—both written and spoken—are essential.
    • It is an advantage if you have 1–2 years of relevant work experience in some of the listed tasks, but we also welcome applications from recent graduates.
    • If you have a university degree in economics or engineering, a proactive and results-oriented personality, and strong collaboration skills.
    • You are open to working one weekend per month, which will be scheduled well in advance.
