Successful launch of Intraday Auctions
A new era for the European Energy Market!
On June 13, a new era began for the European electricity market as Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) successfully launched the first pan-European Intraday Auctions (IDAs). The IDAs provide trading opportunities three times a day and improve market efficiency and energy security. This project highlights the exemplary collaboration among European energy market participants.
