ECC – HUPX joint communication on temporary market halts on the HUPX Intraday Market
Due to unexpected errors in ECC’s IT system HUPX intraday market members could experience temporary market halts on HUPX IDM in March 2021. In order to inform market participants about these events and the steps the two companies are taking to prevent them from re-occuring in the future, ECC and HUPX issued a joint communication.

SIDC: Revised Go-Live for SIDC integration of Italy and new SIDC Release
The Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) of Local Implementation Project (LIP) 14 have revised the project timeline. In the meantime, SIDC (Single Intraday Coupling) is currently finalising the ongoing testing campaign for the next release.

The aim of the TRINITY (Grant Agreement No 8638742, TRansmission system enhancement of regIoNal borders by means of IntellIgenT market technologY) project is to embrace market integration between EU and non-EU countries and develop feasible technical solutions to perform market coupling.
